House Rules – Villa MOANA

1. The villa is rented for a maximum of four guests; no additional visitors are allowed during the stay.
2. An official identity document will be requested at the time of booking and again at check-in for each adult.
3. If you fail to present identity documents matching the original booking, the hostess in charge of check-in will deny you access with no possible refund.
4. The holder of the bank card used for the booking must be one of the guests staying in the villa.
5. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. A late check-out at 4:00 p.m. is possible upon request at the time of booking and subject to availability (supplement: 17,875 XPF ≈ €149.80).
6. An inventory and inspection of the premises will be carried out with the hostess on arrival and on departure.
7. Parties and noisy events are not allowed in the residence.
8. The villa is non-smoking, including on both the front and back terraces.
9. The jacuzzi on the terrace is freely accessible and therefore requires constant parental supervision for young children, in order to prevent any risk of drowning.
10. Climbing, sitting on, or leaning over the safety railing of the terrace is strictly forbidden (risk of falling from a height of around 15 metres).
11. A standard security deposit of 75,000 XPF (CFP francs) = 750 US$ (for bookings of 2 or 3 nights or more) will be held and refunded 7 days after check-out, except in the event of:
    • damage caused,
    • extra cleaning hours due to an abnormally dirty state,
    • abusive excessive electricity consumption,
    • material damage,
    • or late check-out.
    The amount of the deposit is set according to the length of stay.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. The minimum stay is 2 consecutive nights on weekdays and 3 consecutive nights at weekends.
14. Access to the mezzanine is strictly prohibited.
15. All types of barbecues (charcoal, electric, gas or other) are strictly forbidden by the residence rules.
16. In Polynesia, out of respect for one’s fare (home) and for hygiene reasons, shoes are removed at the entrance of the house. When returning from the beach, you are kindly asked to rinse the sand off your legs so as not to bring it into the villa or into the jacuzzi, where it could cause malfunctions. For this purpose, a water point is available outside the villa.
17. The layout of the villa is not suitable for very young children.
